Providers are responsible for the quality and safety of their work and any personnel they engage.

Customers must provide accurate service details, safe access to the job site, and timely communication with assigned providers.

Customers agree to review and comply with any service-specific requirements communicated by providers.

Certain jobs may require a one-time passcode (OTP) to confirm completion before releasing remaining payments.

Customers agree to provide the OTP only after services are satisfactorily completed.

Cancellation and refund eligibility vary by service type, timing, and applicable policies.

We reserve the right to determine refunds or credits in accordance with these Terms and our refund policy.

You agree not to engage in fraud, harassment, misuse of the platform, or any activity that violates laws or third-party rights.

We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, for violations.

All platform content, trademarks, and technology are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability of services for your purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid in the past three months or one hundred dollars ($100).

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
